Consent is not a condition of purchase. Agreeing to receive text messages is never required in order to buy services from us. Consent is given directly to Sparkly Turf only. We do not obtain phone numbers or messaging consent from third-party lead sellers, affiliate marketers, or list brokers, and we do not send messages on behalf of any other business.

5.2 What we send

• Customer care and conversational messages: replies to your inquiry, quote details, scheduling and confirmation, appointment reminders, crew arrival notices, and job completion follow-up
• Account and transactional messages: invoices, payment confirmations, and receipts
• Marketing and promotional messages: seasonal offers, service reminders, and new service announcements, sent only to recipients who opted in to promotional messages

5.3 Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us. Conversational and customer care messages are sent as needed in response to your requests. Promotional messages are limited to no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier, not Sparkly Turf, charges those rates.

5.4 How to stop messages or get help

• Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages, unless you opt in again.

5.5 How we protect mobile information

Your mobile telephone number and your text messaging consent record are treated as restricted data. They are used solely to communicate with you as described in this section.

• We do not share mobile numbers or messaging consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
• We do not participate in affiliate marketing, lead resale, or third-party lead generation using mobile numbers collected through our website or our messaging program.
• The only parties that may process your mobile number on our behalf are our messaging and CRM service providers, acting strictly as our processors under contract and solely to deliver the messages we originate. They are prohibited from using your number for their own purposes.
